eCHANG Net is an online network of sites that mainly attract males and females between the ages of 13 and 35. Originally founded by its President, Edward Chang, in September of 2002, eCHANG Net now offers many commerce solutions for small to medium size businesses, including web hosting, consultation, and web design.
